AiPower Equipment and Tools GmbH – referred below as Aipower – guarantees the products sold on the market in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth by current legislation.
The warranty is valid for (whichever occurs first):
12 months from the date of sale to the user/customer
18 months from the date of delivery from AiPower warehouse.
500 hours of operation

For those models without an hour meter, 8 hours of operation/day will be considered.

In order to benefit from the warranty, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase that clearly defines the date of purchase. No repair can be carried out before it has been authorized by the company personnel, under penalty of cancellation of the warranty itself.
AiPower will repair and/or replace, at its sole discretion, any part that may be defective in the context of normal use, through a service center authorized by AiPower.
AiPower reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the approval of warranty claims.
Each product must be subject to regular maintenance according to the documentation provided and only original spare parts may be used.

Any component replaced under warranty becomes the property of the AiPower. All replacement components replaced under warranty will be considered part of the original product and, consequently, the warranty of such components will expire together with that of the original product. The warranty is not transferable; therefore, any warranty claim must be submitted by the original owner.

The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts (and the cost strictly related to the replacement) that have presented a manufacturing or assembly defect. The warranty does not cover any other liability and/or obligation regarding accessory expenses, as well as direct and/or indirect damages or losses due to total or partial use and/or impossibility of use. The warranty on original spare parts is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase by the customer and user, as documented by the sales receipt. Repairs carried out during the warranty period are considered ex-dealer or ex-authorized service centers closest to the customer’s location. The product must be delivered to the location where the warranty can be asserted, free of alterations and devices and/or accessories installed, with the exception of those already present at the time of sale.

This warranty does not cover:

A) Defects caused by contaminated oils or fuels or due to the use of inappropriate fuels, oils or lubricants.
B) Packaging or transportation costs related to the warranty claim.
C) Products that have been modified or altered without prior written authorization from AiPower.
D) Defects due to, by way of example but not limited to, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation (including improper parameter verification in the case of installation with an electrical network) and use.
E) Collisions, fires, floods and/or other accidental events, including geological or atmospheric ones.
F) Costs due to delays in repairs or replacement of defective parts or rental of equipment used during repairs.

Batteries:
Batteries are considered to be wear and tear items, subject to the maintenance and operating instructions described in the user manuals.
The warranty is void if the instructions in the user manual are not applied to the batteries in a timely manner.

Miscellaneous:
AiPower excludes all other warranty conditions, terms, representations and undertakings, express or implied. This warranty may only be modified by AiPower, in writing.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
